For the last ten years, Pastor Carlos, from Vista Marina, has assisted us with our ministry outreaches. Several years ago it was our privilege to construct a church in Vista Marina which Carlos currently pastors. A motivated team from Carlos’s church headed by Kent Loving built a new home for Pastor Carlos’s daughter and her husband in Rosarito. What a privilege it was to be able to bless Candy and Emanuel.
