It has been our privilege this week to host a team led by Dr. James Avey from Central Washington University; eighteen healthy young men, eager to work and equally eager to share their love of Jesus by putting their Christian world view into action. They confirmed for us that LOVE DOES.
On Monday along with our good friend Harry Wood, it was our privilege to host 18 members of the Breath of Aire choir to build a house for the Romero-Cardona family in Vista Marina, south of Rosarito.
This week’s build was led by Ben Bourland and Teague Pilcher. They put together a great team of guys who thought they needed to sprint through this build. In fact someone asked, “Are you guys in a race?” We painters had to rush to keep up with them because the siding was going up so quickly.
